Lets make this short and sweet...

I have a cold and I am miserable. If my head doesn't explode it will be a miracle. I JUST CAN'T STOP SNEEZING!

Anyway, the State Dart Tournament was ok. I think it is where I got this stupid cold tho. Brady and I won 5th place in our division in doubles. Team event did not go as well. We made it through pod play and lost 2 straight the next day in the double elimination tournament. No thanks to me...I couldnt hit anything. Everything was 1/4 inch off. :(

I am going to do my best to make it through this day of work...But I am not going to guarantee anything.

Lets just make the week worse...

Went to bed last night at 10pm. But of course I could not fall asleep.

I got about 3 hours of sleep. This just isn't right.

So I am just trying to get through the day without falling asleep. Still have to bowl today also.

I had better be able to fall asleep tomorrow. I have to throw darts at 8am. State dart tournament begins tomorrow.

Wish me luck...my lousy aim needs it.

Birthdays are the suck...

Hate it...Wish I could forget it.

Last year I was doing well at forgetting it. Till a coworker at about 10AM said "Happy Birthday!"...I looked at my watch and said "Oh, thanks.". I wasn't aware till they mentioned it.

This year I sat at home. Watched the race and wallowed in my sorrow. Just didn't really feel like being around anyone.

These things should really be outlawed...It just seems like a form of torture.

Problems with smoke

I want smoking to stop because I can't go to places to eat with smoking allowed in them. This is because I have asthma.

I am 8 years old. My sister would also like to eat with me. She does not want to breathe the smoke, either.

Man, I can't believe how shitty service is these days.

Got a few packages on Friday. One from the Post Office and the mailman used the phone system at my apartment to get hold of me. I told him I was going to call my brother at home and send him down (since the apartment door phone is tied to my cell). Well...Jeremy goes down there and the mailman says "That package is yours also!".

The mailman says the FedEx guy walked into the lobby, set the package down, and walked off! DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER IT!

This is totally unacceptable!

I looked at the tracking online and it said "Signature waver on file". WTF does that mean!?! I didn't sign anything saying they could deliver packages (or something close to delivering) without getting a signature!

So, I will be writing them a nastygram.

They are just lucky I am an honest person. Many people were telling me to "claim I never got the package". Then I would have received 2 items instead of one.

Naaaa....I'll just bitch...

Congrats to the Patriots. Man...What a team they put together out there.

Maybe my Chargers can give them a run for their money next year.

Was a decent Superbowl overall. Had a good time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Didn't have the turnout of friends I was looking for but still.

Only problem is, I could not sleep last night worth a damn. Woke up too many times and could not easily fall back asleep. So I am rather dragging today. Might leave early from work also. My digestive system is on the fritz.

Only problem with the night was I didn't win a damn thing at the bar. I had a STACK of entries in there and didn't get a thing. Been going to this bar for about the last 7 years and still I can't win a thing. It's not fair. After all the money I have put into that place I should have my own table with velvet ropes.

Lets not mince words here...

I am so fucking tired of smoking!!!!

I am so damn tired of coming home from darts or bowling smelling like someone took a shit in a full ashtray!

I am tired of sitting there trying to enjoy myself with someone's cigarette billowing into my face!!!

Here in South Dakota they were trying to pass a bill to ban smoking anywhere but homes and hotel rooms. In other words...Where ever someone is trying to work.

I was totally for this. I used to not be believing that it was their right to get cancer and be a dumbass. But now I have had it.

You sit there and listen to these morons... "Well...If people don't like the smoke then they don't have to go to that business". FUCK THEM! I like to bowl...Where is the fucking NO SMOKING section there? I don't even freaking drink when I bowl for god sakes! But they never give a shit about my discomfort by them polluting my air.

The legislature gave that same quote when they stopped the debate on making the law. Well I have one question for them... "Name me one f'n bar in Sioux Falls where I can go watch the Superbowl with friends and not have to put up with ANY smoking?". Name one and I will shut my mouth about this for the next 11 months. Guess what...They CAN'T name one because there isn't one!

Its funny how they say you should just stay home if you don't like it. But if you want them to stop smoking, that is infringing on their rights. They think nothing of our rights to go out and breath some clean air...Our right to not come home stinking (I wish smokers could tell the difference and realize that we hate being next to them)...Our right to be able to taste our food (smokers don't even know what that is).

Ok...My rant is over. I have more to say but once again...It won't do any good. But its funny that only 20% of people in this state smoke, but they get all the "rights".
